If you enjoy singing why not share your ability and discover choral singing with one of the longest established Choral Societies in Scotland.

All you need is a good voice and some basic sight-reading ability.

The choir consists of around 100 singers drawn from a wide variety of backgrounds
and musical ability. Rehearsals for the coming season begin on Tuesday 30^th August in St. Leonard’s in the Fields Church Hall@ 7.30pm. If you would like to join the choir, do come along, try some singing and meet us; please note that the latest date we can accept new members is Tuesday 13th September 2011. There are vacancies in all sections and we would especially welcome male voices to strengthen our tenor bass sections!

Membership is dependent on the successful completion of a short, informal audition and the payment of a modest annual subscription.

Some things you need to know:
Subscription is currently £50 per season and includes loan of music scores.
Dress code:
Ladies: Full length (below ankle) plain black skirt;Choral blouse (£29.95); plain black shoes.
Discreet earrings may be worn, but no neck jewellery.
Men: Black dinner suit, black bow tie, black shoes for concerts
For other events: lounge suit, choral tie.
You will also need a Perth Choral Society music folder (cost £7.50) for all events.
